Role Responsibilities
The Administrative Coordinator is essential in delivering support to the hospital, ensuring smooth administrative processes. This position demands excellent organizational abilities, effective communication, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic setting.
Key Duties:
Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Senior Management Team (SMT), including arranging meetings, drafting agendas, and documenting meeting outcomes. Facilitate the creation and dissemination of internal communications, reports, and memos. Organize and maintain both electronic and physical filing systems for easy access to documents. Coordinate travel and accommodation logistics for SMT members as required.Office Administration:
Support the onboarding process for new staff, ensuring workstations are prepared and necessary supplies are available.Data Management:
Assist with data entry and the management of databases as necessary. Compile and structure data for various reports and presentations. Uphold the confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times.Event Management:
Aid in the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and conferences.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or a related field are advantageous. Previous experience in an administrative role is beneficial but not mandatory. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively. Attention to detail and precision in all tasks. Capacity to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information discreetly. Adaptability to shifting priorities and the ability to perform well under pressure.Working Environment:
This role typically functions within a professional office atmosphere. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, with potential for occasional overtime. May involve occasional lifting of office supplies or equipment.About Us
