We are seeking a skilled Facilities Coordinator to join our client\u0027s head office Centre.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate facilities management and property maintenance tasks, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Manage ordering and stock control for office supplies, including stationery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for office queries and report any major issues to the facilities manager.
  • Support the facilities leadership team with administrative tasks, such as processing expenses and booking travel.
  • Provide administrative support to the wider facilities team as needed.

Key Skills:

  • Strong administration and organizational skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience in facilities management is advantageous.
