Regional Facilities Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Regional Facilities Coordinator to join our team at Pegasus Homes Ltd. As a Regional Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of our developments, providing excellent customer service, and building strong relationships with our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide regional cover for our site-based Building and Community Coordinators
- Ensure a consistent approach to Health and Safety, Compliance, and Customer Engagement
- Lead on general customer service and be the first point of contact for our owners and tenants
- Regular building-related checks, including fire alarm testing, water flushing, and emergency light testing
- Facilitate external contractors and ensure that the Health and Safety requirements of each development are met
- Help with the move-in process and organize events and activities for our customers
- Deal with any emergencies quickly and calmly
Requirements
- Property/facilities-related experience and a knowledge of Health and Safety
- Professional and highly organized with a proactive approach and can-do attitude
- In-person customer service experience and excellent communication skills
- Ability to use initiative and work independently
- Strong IT skills, with knowledge of Google Workspace an advantage
