Client Success Partner, Global Conferences

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Success Partner to join our Global Conferences team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving client retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance and support to ensure successful event experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute client success strategies, driving client satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and priorities to deliver tailored solutions.
- Drive client call activity to ensure timely onboarding and proactive service delivery, resulting in high client satisfaction and retention.
- Evaluate and track client experiences, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements.
- 1-3 years' experience in customer-facing or client-focused roles, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, with a strong understanding of business principles and practices.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to persuade and influence others.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
