We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Success Partner to join our Global Conferences team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving client retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance and support to ensure successful onboarding and utilization of their sponsorship packages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, content, program management, and marketing, to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and priorities to provide tailored solutions.
- Drive client satisfaction and retention through proactive communication, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the Conference Sales Organization to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to achieve client renewal and expansion goals.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing or client-focused roles, preferably in a conference or event management setting.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
- Strong business acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and G-suite, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
