We are currently engaged in assisting a local organization in the search for a new Clinical Operations Manager for their 40-bed facility.

As the Clinical Operations Manager, you will leverage your leadership capabilities and comprehensive expertise to oversee all facets of the facility's operations.

Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring the financial viability of the establishment.

Support will be provided by the Directors and Regional Managers, along with a well-equipped team ready for guidance.

About the Facility
This facility offers open rehabilitation services for men dealing with chronic mental health issues, functional disorders, and dementia across its two specialized units. These units are situated within a beautifully landscaped garden and shared therapeutic space.

The modern, purpose-built environment is conveniently located near the city center and accommodates 40 residents across two distinct units:


The first unit is designed for men with long-term severe mental health challenges, some of whom may exhibit challenging behaviors or substance misuse issues.


The second unit caters to men facing serious mental health challenges and functional disorders, featuring a dedicated floor for individuals with cognitive impairments.


Each resident enjoys their own ensuite bedroom, complete with either a shower or wet room, and has access to spacious communal areas for social interaction, dining, and relaxation.

Residents can also engage in outdoor activities and enjoy the fresh air in the garden. The facility provides secure environments within walking distance of community amenities, facilitating each individual's personalized care journey by enabling supervised activities in the local area, which can lead to volunteering, employment, or educational pursuits.

This facility currently holds a GOOD rating from the regulatory body.
