The organization focuses on a male clientele, offering specialized support in neurological rehabilitation across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately convey information regarding patient care to patients, families, and both internal and external professionals while upholding confidentiality and adhering to Information Governance principles.
  • Conduct pre-admission assessments to ensure appropriate care placement.
  • Oversee the unit's budget and financial operations, ensuring that profit margins are achieved.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Supervise all clinical practices and nursing personnel.
  • Effectively manage non-qualified staff and coordinate with qualified nursing staff.
  • Promote continuous improvement of services as part of Clinical Quality monitoring.
  • Ensure high standards of care, responsiveness to feedback, and the implementation of effective systems in line with regulatory standards.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
