About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Clinical Lead to join our award-winning team at Avery Healthcare. As a Clinical Lead, you will play a key role in supporting the General Manager to operate a compliant and effective care home, providing a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for residents and their visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide inspirational leadership and management to the staff team, ensuring that medication policies and procedures are adhered to.
  • Monitor the wellbeing of each resident, being aware of any change impacting on care and care plans.
  • Complete monthly audits, quality indicator reports, and other reports as required.
  • Attend weekly clinical meetings and monitor clinical risk areas in the home.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of two years' experience working in a similar care environment, in a management position. You will also have excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, and be competent in the use of IT systems.

You will possess sound knowledge of the Care Standards Act 2000, the key lines of enquiry, and safeguarding. You will be adaptive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.
