We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to join our HC-One care home team, where you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills, work closely with multidisciplinary teams, and make a real impact on the lives of our residents.

About the Role

As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing specialist nursing support and advice, taking charge of resident care in the absence of the Home Manager, and supervising and coaching colleagues to deliver a service that exceeds expectations.

You will be a Registered Nurse with a valid Pin number and a commitment to upholding the standards of practice set by the NMC. You will advocate for a person-centred approach to care, delivering a service that is tailored to the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
