Job Title: Clinical Lead Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Lead Therapist to join our team at Northamptonshire Healthcare Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Lead Therapist, you will be responsible for leading a team of therapists and providing clinical supervision to ensure the highest standards of care for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of therapists in providing high-quality care to children and young people with mental health problems
  • Provide clinical supervision to team members to ensure they are equipped to provide effective therapy
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the needs of our patients
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care for our patients
Requirements:
  • Relevant professional qualification in CBT therapy
  • Experience of working with children and young people with mental health problems
  • Experience of leading a team and providing clinical supervision
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
