Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our dedicated care home team as a Clinical Lead. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing specialist nursing support and advice, taking responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager's absence, and supervising/coaching colleagues to provide a service that is unparalleled in its empathy for resident issues.

Main Duties

Person Specification
