About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our sales team as a Customer Engagement Executive. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for growing revenue and profit on all product and services supplied by Focus Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and Adapt Product Knowledge

Stay up-to-date with our product portfolio and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.

Cross-Sell and Upsell

Identify opportunities to sell additional products and services to our existing customer base, tailored to their specific needs.

Lead Generation and Pipeline Management

Develop and execute strategies to generate new leads and manage the sales pipeline to ensure accurate forecasting and productivity.

Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as their primary point of contact for adding services to their account.
