We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at EFBQ. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting and advising employees and managers on all HR-related topics.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to understand their HR needs and priorities.
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance to support business decisions and drive strategic outcomes.
- HR Consulting
- Design and deliver HR programs and initiatives to support business objectives and improve employee engagement.
- Conduct HR diagnostics and provide recommendations to improve HR processes and systems.
- Employee Development
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Coach and mentor employees to support their career development and growth.
- Employee Relations
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and employee complaints.
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to improve morale and productivity.
Requirements
- Education and Experience
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnership and consulting.
- Skills and Competencies
- Strong business acumen and understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex HR issues and develop creative solutions.
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to develop and implement training programs.
