Job Summary

The Senior Manager, HR – CSS will provide highly effective HR support for the VP, HR Compression Systems & Services, NA. This role is pivotal, acting as a strategic partner and advisor within the operations leadership team for the North American CSS division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with CSS operations leaders to drive positive, business-impacting change, aligning human resources programs and initiatives with strategic objectives and annual operating plans.
  • Serve as a performance coach for CSS operations leaders to ensure the team is highly effective in improving organizational capability and is continuing to win in the marketplace.
  • Supervise a team of HR professionals in delivering effective HR execution.
  • Manage and develop capabilities of the HR team to support business initiatives and to ensure development of HR talent.
  • Lead all aspects of the Talent Review Excellence (TRX) process for the operations team.
  • Utilize effective change management approaches to ensure continuous improvement and other types of change are effectively implemented with minimal disruption to leaders, employees and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required. Master's degree (MBA, Master's in HR, etc.) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of increasing responsibility in a progressive HR environment.
  • Minimum of 5 years as an HR Business Partner in a global environment.
  • HR certifications are a strong plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years leading experienced HR Leaders.
  • Demonstrated expertise in building talent, engaging teams, driving culture change and strategic growth of businesses and organizations.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Knowledge of relevant local/state/federal/provincial employment laws.

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

This position will be site-based and may be located at a facility in Ocala, FL (West Chester, PA may also be considered) with 50% anticipated travel.

Key Competencies

  • Prior experience in an industrial company.
  • Direct experience in manufacturing and commercial environments.
  • HR certifications are also a strong plus.
