About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Administrator to join our Community Nursing Teams at Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust. As a Team Administrator, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to our teams, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and enabling our senior clinicians to focus on patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create agendas and take minutes for team meetings and multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings
  • Arrange servicing of medical devices and equipment
  • Assist patients with completing patient experience surveys and use patient records systems to pull reports and send patient letters
  • Support HR processes, including completing leavers forms, annual leave calculations, and management of personnel files
  • Prepare documentation for legal requests and update the roster system
  • Share team data dashboards using systems such as Power BI and IT requests
  • Diary management of team members for one-to-ones, appraisals, and team meetings
  • Coordinate team training and development
Requirements
  • Level 3 qualification or equivalent demonstrable experience
  • Administrative experience with a focus on team working and versatility
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office packages, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
  • Driving license and access to a vehicle
