Your duties will encompass performing quality assurance assessments, facilitating introductions between new Care Professionals and clients, and ensuring adherence to care plans. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality assurance assessments
  • Facilitate introductions of new Care Professionals to clients
  • Ensure adherence to care plans
  • Assist in updating and reviewing client care plans
  • Perform risk assessments for clients and Care Professionals
  • Participate in an on-call schedule
  • Conduct initial care visits for new clients

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent
  • Proficient in conducting care assessments and planning
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Dedicated to delivering high-quality care
  • Capable of thriving under pressure
  • Possess a full UK driving license and access to a dependable vehicle
