We are seeking a committed professional to become a vital part of our esteemed team at Home Instead. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional care and support to our clients. Your duties will encompass performing quality assurance assessments, facilitating introductions between new Care Professionals and clients, and ensuring adherence to care plans. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality assurance assessments
- Facilitate introductions of new Care Professionals to clients
- Ensure adherence to care plans
- Assist in updating and reviewing client care plans
- Perform risk assessments for clients and Care Professionals
- Participate in an on-call schedule
- Conduct initial care visits for new clients
Qualifications and Skills:
- Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent
- Proficient in conducting care assessments and planning
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Dedicated to delivering high-quality care
- Capable of thriving under pressure
- Possess a full UK driving license and access to a dependable vehicle
