About the Role

The Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner will be part of the wider leadership team and will be a highly organised and motivated individual. It is imperative that you can provide evidence of working with people who have experienced a mental health problem and you are able to demonstrate an understanding of how anxiety and depression presents in Primary Care.

The post involves significant line management, case management, and clinical supervision of Trainee/Qualified Low Intensity workers under the direction of the Clinical Director, Senior Therapist and Step 2 Lead. The post holder will also be expected to carry out assessments and risk assessments, treatment in both 1-1 and group settings and the use of online CBT packages.

About You

Applicants should hold a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner qualification (Post Graduate Certificate or Level 3 undergraduate course). Applicants should also be registered/working towards registration with the BABCP or BPS. Ideally, you will have undertaken LTC training and PWP Supervision Training, or be willing to undertake this training.
