About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our leadership team as a Senior Mental Health Practitioner. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing clinical supervision, case management, and line management to our team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to team members
  • Manage and coordinate case loads, ensuring timely and effective interventions
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, working closely with clients and other stakeholders
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate risks
  • Collaborate with other teams and services to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements
  • Hold a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner qualification (Post Graduate Certificate or Level 3 undergraduate course)
  • Be registered or working towards registration with the BABCP or BPS
  • Have undertaken LTC training and PWP Supervision Training, or be willing to undertake this training
Working Arrangements

The successful candidate will join our team at Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent Wellbeing Service. The service works core 9-5 hours but offers patient therapy between the hours of 8am-8pm Monday to Friday, and in future on Saturday mornings. Candidates should be prepared to work flexibly to meet service needs within these hours. This management role provides the opportunity to work 1 day a week remotely.
