Client Support Specialist

Role Overview:
As a Client Support Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic organization that leverages both human interaction and technology to assist clients with their life assurance, savings, investments, or pension inquiries. Your role will involve taking inbound calls and providing support to customers as they navigate important financial decisions. Whether it’s guiding clients through retirement planning, managing investment access, updating personal details, or offering assistance during sensitive times, your goal will be to ensure a smooth and supportive experience.
We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds, including contact centers, retail, hospitality, or travel, as prior experience in financial services is not mandatory; extensive training will be provided. Our organization offers a range of competitive benefits:
