About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join our team at Finlink Ltd. As an IFA Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our financial planners and office manager. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the efficient and compliant delivery of our services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process new business and ensure all documentation is compliant
  • Communicate with clients and providers to resolve queries and issues
  • Assist with research and basic reports to support financial planners
  • Update and maintain back-office systems accurately
  • Provide administrative support to the office manager and financial planners

Requirements:

  • Experience in an IFA administration role
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
