Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join our client's team. As a key member of the financial planning team, you will provide administrative support to our Financial Advisors, who deliver holistic financial planning to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the financial planning team, including data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
- Assist with the preparation of client reports, presentations, and other materials.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and correspondence.
- Collaborate with the financial planning team to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an IFA Administrator or in a similar role.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
