Senior Financial Planning Administrator

Our client's Financial Planning division is seeking a Senior Financial Planning Administrator to join their team in either Reading or Birmingham. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client maintenance activities and administrative tasks
  • Support a mix of high-profile clients and take the lead on administrative tasks
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and goals

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar Client Support role within an IFA practice for a minimum of 5 years
  • Prior experience of working at a Senior level in Client Support and looking to develop into a Team Leader role
  • Prior experience in income processing arrangements is essential
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to take lead and adapt to changing priorities with strong time management skills and a positive outlook
  • The ability to coach and mentor other team members
  • A high level of product, system and provider knowledge
