Role Overview:
Oversee work orders for scheduled maintenance and urgent tasks, ensuring prompt execution and effective communication with all stakeholders involved.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct general administrative duties and participate in meetings as necessary.
Manage urgent and scheduled maintenance tasks from initiation to completion, including billing processes.
Input data with precision.
Foster strong client relationships and maintain updated records.
Collaborate with subcontractors and issue orders as required.
Deliver daily updates to clients.
Assist in compiling monthly reports alongside the Contracts Manager.
Skills & Qualifications:
Highly organized, detail-focused, and capable of meeting deadlines.
Prior experience in the facilities maintenance sector is advantageous.
Exceptional communication and coordination abilities.
A collaborative team player, flexible, and able to perform under pressure.
Proficient in IT, particularly with Microsoft Office/Excel.
Preferably holds an NVQ or equivalent in Business Administration or Customer Service.
Working Hours:
Site-based role, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
