Facilities Support Coordinator

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a dedicated Facilities Support Coordinator to enhance our client's operational efficiency within the Facilities Management sector. We are looking for a proactive and motivated individual to join a collaborative team.
Position Overview:
This role is office-based, with a standard workweek from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications related to facilities operations, ensuring a professional approach at all times.
- Oversee the Facilities Management Helpdesk Inbox, ensuring timely responses.
- Coordinate urgent and routine service requests.
- Initiate and conclude work orders as necessary.
- Assess daily job requests and assign them to the appropriate technical staff.
- Assist Office and Contract Managers in achieving departmental goals through effective administration.
- Address inquiries and provide support as needed.
- Perform general administrative tasks to facilitate smooth operations.
- Maintain daily follow-ups and communication.
- Generate corrective maintenance requests based on completed preventive maintenance tasks.
- Organize daily activities to ensure all critical functions are executed efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Help Desk operations.
- Background in Facilities Management.
- Proficient in General Administration.
- Familiarity with Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems.
