About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shop Supervisor to join our team at Crisis UK's Ealing shop in West London. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, managing stock, and driving sales to support our mission to end homelessness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage stock levels, process donations, and maintain a visually appealing store environment
  • Develop and implement effective visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and engagement
  • Collaborate with the wider retail team to achieve business objectives and support the development of new initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record in retail management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will also have a strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
