Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a team of baristas and hospitality staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Ensure the highest standards of quality and safety in our cafes, including food and beverage preparation, presentation, and service
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the Coffee Shop Manager to achieve operational and financial goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual respect
