The role of a supervisor at FCB Coffee is a dynamic and exciting opportunity to develop your skills and leadership abilities in the fast-paced and rapidly expanding speciality coffee industry.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting the store manager in the day-to-day operations of the coffee shop, including staffing, financial performance, stock levels, and deliveries.

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication and teamwork skills, who is able to work effectively in a busy and fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Focus: Lead sales-focused shifts, ensuring the store and team are ready to drive sales, and targets are met.
  2. Standards: Maintain high standards of customer service, product quality, and store presentation, including daily and weekly checks, and ensuring all team members are aware of their responsibilities.
  3. Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers are served quickly and with a smile, and resolving any issues promptly.
  4. People: Develop and coach team members, providing feedback and support to ensure they are equipped to meet the demands of the role.
