Specialty Coffee Shop Supervisor

As a Specialty Coffee Shop Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in helping us achieve this goal.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Focus: Drive sales growth by deploying the team effectively, setting clear targets, and ensuring all displays are well-maintained and labeled.
- Standards: Maintain high standards in day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, shift leadership, and brand standards.
- Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring customers are served quickly and with a smile, and that all products are available at all times.
- People: Provide corrective coaching to team members, conduct monthly check-ins, and be the first point of contact for any team issues.
