About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Coordinator to join our sales team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in contributing to the growth and profitability of the Old Course Hotel, Golf Resort & Spa. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the resort and surrounding area to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Providing clients with accurate rate information and processing re-active enquiries and RFPs efficiently.
  • Compiling and sending out proposals in Delphi, adhering to an effective chase system, and supporting the pro-active sales team to move bookings forward.
  • Sending out contracts and pro-forma invoices in a timely manner and accurately inputting reservations into Delphi and Resort Suite.
  • Providing internal departments with accurate information for Corporate & Incentive client activity itineraries.
  • Conducting site inspections and booking appointments to support the pro-active sales team.
  • Housekeeping and updating of Delphi and client databases.
  • Participating in pro-active sales call days with the pro-active sales team and liaising with the Events Manager and Events Team for seamless customer transitions.

About You

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and driven individual with sales experience, ideally in a hospitality setting. You will be a strong communicator with excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.

What We Offer

This is an exciting permanent opportunity, working 40 hours per week, with a competitive salary of £28,000, depending on experience, and a range of associate benefits, including free on-site parking, lunch meal provided, free fitness and leisure access, and generous discounts in our food and beverage outlets.
