About the Role

CNH Industrial is seeking a highly motivated and organized Channel Marketing Intern to support the AG Sales & Marketing team in driving sustainable sales, margin, and market share growth in the territory for Genuine CNHi Parts for UK & ROI markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the management of a parts portfolio across a range of products covered by two agricultural brands (Case IH and New Holland).
  • Primarily support the growth and development of two key channels, Ecommerce & Sell Out.
Ecommerce Channel
  • Supervise day-to-day channel activities via Power BI dashboard reporting.
  • Support the dealer network in the use of the platform and daily management of product/channel queries from the market.
  • Support the Sell-out specialist in working closely with the Central Ecommerce team to adapt and improve the channel strategy at local level.
  • Support the drive of online ecommerce sales within the dealerships.
Sell Out Channel
  • Work with the field Sell out specialist to build and deliver quarterly campaigns, digital campaigns, loyalty programs, channel animation, and product communication strategy by channel (Sell-out).
  • Support the communication team in maintaining any platform and existing tools providing product information to customers and ultimately end-customers to promote and raise brand and product awareness.
  • Manage the deployment of all outgoing sell out campaign communications to internal and external distribution lists.
  • Creation of sell out KPI reports and PowerPoint presentations for both internal and external meetings.
Candidate Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in Ecommerce, Marketing, or Business Administration, or 3 years equivalent working experience in the agricultural sector or Field B2B Ecommerce channel marketing environment.
  • Solutions-oriented person with a good degree of autonomy.
  • Analytical mindset with the use of base sales data to summarize, identify trends or patterns to support future informed decisions.
  • Creative with the ability to create basic flyers and bulletins suitable for deployment to the dealer network.
  • Good proofreading and copywriting skills.
  • Organized and structured with the ability to deliver projects and tasks on time.
  • Motivated by a challenge with a can-do attitude.
  • Great communicator with a strong team ethic.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel working knowledge is mandatory.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, such as Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, Outlook, etc.
  • Fluency in English, both written and oral is mandatory.
