About the Role

The Ariston Group is seeking a highly skilled Trade Marketing Senior Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing trade marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop the annual trade marketing plan by sales channel, aligning with business objectives and sales targets.
  • Drive sales promotion campaigns, collaborating with sales managers and customers to achieve sales growth.
  • Manage joint customer marketing plans, ensuring alignment with marketing budget and sales targets.
  • Geo-Marketing:
    • Work with the commercial team to gather information and identify gaps in each sales area, establishing localized marketing actions and initiatives.
    • Able to recognize patterns, trends, and evaluate data to identify market opportunities.
  • Competitor Monitoring:
    • Perform research and analysis of the market to identify and understand competitor and consumer trends.
  • Create targeted marketing/sales campaigns using lead generation tools to support Ariston's sales strategy in the specification market.
  • Promote and boost sales through the planning and coordination of different trade marketing initiatives to key trade audiences.
  • Work alongside sales/logistics teams to ensure stock availability on all agreed national/local sales initiatives.

Relationship Management (CRM/Loyalty Program)

  • Complete ownership of all quality of marketing data and information.
  • Co-manage Ariston's new Loyalty scheme, including membership rates, sales optimization, installer reward management, and reporting.
  • Manage and quantify all lead generation data from sales/marketing campaigns.
  • Focusing on lead generation and ensuring the link and consistency of data across all internal platforms.

Product Marketing

  • Be a true Brand & Product champion in the market, promoting products and brand when engaging with stakeholders.
  • Work alongside sales, marketing/product teams and external agencies to create awareness of Ariston's product portfolio targeting core trade audiences.
  • Work with external agencies and the team to produce materials for product promotion, training, and sales aids.
  • Work with the Product manager to identify and manage product placement/displays.
  • Work closely with the Product team to define and implement all trade marketing material for product launches with the UK portfolio.
  • Responsible for all content upload/engagement across external trade marketing platforms.
