About the Role

The Ariston Group is seeking a highly skilled Trade Marketing Senior Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing trade marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement annual trade marketing plans by sales channel
  • Drive sales promotion campaigns and collaborate with sales managers to achieve sales targets
  • Manage joint customer marketing plans and ensure alignment with marketing budget and sales targets
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify market opportunities and trends
  • Create targeted marketing campaigns using lead generation tools to support Ariston's sales strategy
  • Promote and boost sales through the planning and coordination of trade marketing initiatives to key trade audiences
  • Work closely with sales and logistics teams to ensure stock availability on all agreed national/local sales initiatives

Relationship Management (CRM/Loyalty Program)

  • Complete ownership of all quality of marketing data and information
  • Co-manage Ariston's new Loyalty scheme, including membership rates, sales optimization, installer reward management, and reporting
  • Manage and quantify all lead generation data from sales/marketing campaigns
  • Focus on lead generation and ensure data consistency across all internal platforms

Product Marketing

  • Be a true brand and product champion in the market and promote products and brand when engaging with stakeholders
  • Work with sales, marketing, and product teams to create awareness of Ariston's product portfolio targeting core trade audiences
  • Work with external agencies to produce materials for product promotion, training, and sales aids
  • Identify and manage product placement and displays
  • Define and implement trade marketing material for product launches with the UK portfolio
  • Responsible for content upload and engagement across external trade marketing platforms

Essentials

  • Product management/marketing experience
  • Developed project management skills
  • Strong knowledge of marketing tools and concepts
  • Ability to influence at all levels
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
