Job Title: Trade Marketing Senior Specialist

Ariston Group, a global leader in sustainable thermal comfort, is seeking a highly skilled Trade Marketing Senior Specialist to join our team. As a key function in the business, this role will work across all departments, both in the UK team and with the central Marketing team in Europe, to drive sales promotion campaigns and develop the Annual Trade marketing plan by sales channel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales promotional strategies, product launches, and relationship management (CRM/Loyalty Scheme) to drive business growth.
  • Manage joint customer marketing plans in line with assigned marketing budget and sales targets.
  • Work with the commercial team to identify gaps and opportunities in each sales area and establish localised marketing actions/initiatives.
  • Perform research and analysis of the market to identify and understand competitor and consumer trends.
  • Create targeted marketing/sales campaigns using lead generation tools to support Ariston's sales strategy in the specification market.
  • Promote and boost sales through the planning and coordination of different trade marketing initiatives to key trade audiences.
Requirements:
  • Product management/marketing experience.
  • Developed project management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing tools and concepts.
  • Ability/Confidence to influence at all levels.
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
