Job Title: Trade Marketing Senior Specialist

Ariston Group, a global leader in sustainable thermal comfort, is seeking a highly skilled Trade Marketing Senior Specialist to join our team. As a key function in the business, this role will work across all departments, both in the UK team and with the central Marketing team in Europe, to drive sales promotion campaigns and develop the Annual Trade marketing plan by sales channel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales promotional strategies, product launches, and relationship management (CRM/Loyalty Scheme) to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Manage joint customer marketing plans in line with assigned marketing budget and sales targets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct competitor monitoring and analysis to identify market opportunities and trends, informing marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to gather information and identify gaps in each sales area, establishing localized marketing actions and initiatives.
  • Work closely with the Product team to define and implement all trade marketing material for product launches with the UK portfolio, ensuring effective product placement and displays.
  • Responsible for all content upload and engagement across external trade marketing platforms, promoting Ariston's product portfolio and brand.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in product management and marketing, with a strong understanding of marketing tools and concepts.
  • Developed project management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels and drive business growth.
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen, with a focus on driving sales and revenue.
