About the Role

CNH Industrial is seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Intern to support the Parts & Services team in driving sales growth and market share in the UK and ROI markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of quarterly campaigns, digital campaigns, loyalty programs, and channel animation strategies.
  • Collaborate with the field sales team to maintain product information platforms and tools, ensuring accurate and timely communication to customers and end-customers.
  • Manage the deployment of outgoing communications to internal and external distribution lists.
  • Assist in creating and publishing weekly, monthly, and quarterly parts news publications.
  • Support the marketing team in liaising with Direx Partners to deploy promotions and product news to the network.
Product Pricing and Marketing Intelligence
  • Support the sales and marketing team in analyzing sales trends by product family, understanding seasonality, and developing promotional plans.
  • Track product price queries and share relevant pricing repositioning news via communication channels.
Product Promotion/Animation
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to lead the conception of annual and tactical promotional programs adapted to target audiences.
  • Analyze product line sales and promotion/sales actions results to identify issues and opportunities, and propose action plans accordingly.
Product Placement
  • Work closely with the marketing manager and sales team to understand and resolve product-related issues or opportunities arising in the dealer network.
  • Supervise day-to-day product support to the dealer network and manage product queries from the market.
  • Collaborate with the Central Product Marketing team to adapt and improve the Product Strategy at the local level.
Candidate Requirements
  • Marketing or Business Administration undergraduate degree or 3 years of equivalent working experience in the agricultural sector or field B2B marketing environment.
  • Solutions-oriented person with a good degree of autonomy.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to summarize sales data and identify trends or patterns to support informed decisions.
  • Creative skills with the ability to create basic flyers and bulletins using Microsoft and Adobe tools.
  • Good proofreading and copywriting skills.
  • Organized and structured with the ability to deliver projects and tasks on time.
  • Motivated by a challenge with a can-do attitude.
  • Great communicator with a strong team ethic.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills required.
  • Fluency in English.
