Key Responsibilities

The Parts & Services Marketing Trainee will assist the AG Sales & Marketing team in promoting sustainable sales, profitability, and market share growth for Genuine CNH Parts in the UK & ROI regions. The successful candidate will help manage a diverse parts portfolio across two agricultural brands. The role will focus on enhancing two primary channels: Ecommerce and Sell Out.

Sell Out Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the field Sell Out specialist to design and implement quarterly campaigns, digital initiatives, loyalty programs, and product communication strategies.
  • Aid the communication team in maintaining platforms and tools that provide product information to customers and end-users, enhancing brand and product visibility.
  • Oversee the distribution of all Sell Out campaign communications to internal and external audiences.
  • Generate Sell Out KPI reports and prepare presentations for various meetings.
  • Assist in organizing Sell Out events at dealership locations, which may require on-site attendance.

Ecommerce Responsibilities

  • Manage daily channel activities through reporting tools, supporting the dealer network with product and channel inquiries.
  • Work closely with the Central Ecommerce team to refine and enhance local channel strategies.
  • Promote online sales within dealerships by collaborating with the Sell Out specialist and PSMs.
  • Produce key performance reports related to dealer performance, sales, and customer engagement.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of the Ecommerce newsletter in collaboration with the Sell Out specialist.
  • Support the Sell Out specialist and PSMs in organizing Ecommerce stands at dealer open days when necessary.

Candidate Qualifications and Skills

  • Educational background in Ecommerce, Marketing, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience in the agricultural sector or B2B Ecommerce marketing.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and identify trends for informed decision-making.
  • Creative mindset with proficiency in Microsoft and Adobe tools for producing marketing materials.
  • Excellent proofreading and copywriting abilities.
  • Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Motivated by challenges and open to taking on responsibilities.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
  • Proficient presentation skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite is essential.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.
