Ideal Candidate Profile

We are seeking an individual who excels in supporting marketing initiatives and executing campaigns. Key Responsibilities

As a Parts & Services Marketing Trainee, you will assist the AG Sales & Marketing team in promoting sustainable sales, profitability, and market share growth for Genuine CNH Parts. Your contributions will support the management of a diverse parts portfolio across two agricultural brands.

Marketing Communications

  • Collaborate with the field Sell-out specialist to design and implement quarterly campaigns, digital initiatives, loyalty programs, and product communication strategies tailored to various channels.
  • Aid the communications team in maintaining platforms and tools that provide product information to customers and end-users, enhancing brand and product visibility.
  • Oversee the distribution of all outgoing communications to internal and external audiences.
  • Manage the creation and content of weekly, monthly, and quarterly parts news publications.
  • Support the Marketing team in coordinating with Direx Partners regarding the rollout of promotions and product updates to the network.

Pricing and Market Analysis

  • Assist the Sales and Marketing team in analyzing sales trends by product category, understanding seasonal variations, and developing relevant promotional strategies.
  • Monitor product pricing inquiries and disseminate pertinent pricing updates through appropriate communication channels.

Product Promotion and Strategy

  • Work alongside the Marketing Team to conceptualize annual and tactical promotional programs tailored to specific target audiences.
  • Regularly assess product line sales and promotional outcomes to identify challenges and opportunities, proposing actionable plans as needed.

Product Management

  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and Sales Team to address product-related challenges or opportunities within the dealer network.
  • Supervise daily product support for the dealer network and manage product inquiries from the market.
  • Partner with the Central Product Marketing team to refine and enhance local Product Strategy.

Candidate Qualifications and Skills

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing or Business Administration, or possess equivalent experience in the agricultural sector or B2B marketing.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
  • Analytical thinker, capable of summarizing sales data to identify trends that inform future decisions.
  • Creative, with the ability to produce marketing materials within brand guidelines using Microsoft and Adobe tools.
  • Strong proofreading and copywriting skills.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Motivated by challenges, with a positive attitude and a willingness to take ownership of tasks.
  • Excellent communicator with a strong team-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Fluent in English.
