  • Analyse HR data to inform decision-making and strategy, driving business outcomes.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in a senior HR generalist role, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience partnering with senior stakeholders, driving business growth.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment law, ensuring compliance and best practices.
