About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join The Very Group as a Operations Control Coordinator, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our customer care estate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitate accurate real-time tracking of resource supply, including shrinkage management, across the customer care estate.
  • Work collaboratively with Ops Control Analysts to make informed decisions to improve resource efficiency, productivity, and performance.
  • Manage outbound dialler campaigns, ensuring file utilization and efficiency.
  • Monitor real-time data across all channels, providing stakeholders with service level updates per line of business.
  • Build strong relationships with planning and operational teams, maintaining two-way feedback channels, and handling differences of opinion to deliver the best plan.
  • Manage user security setup for all systems for Customer Care contact centre staff, with robust controls for joiners, movers, and leavers.
