Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain professional to join our team. As a key member of our Supply Chain organization, you'll be responsible for ensuring a Production Schedule is developed for assigned product(s) to meet customer requirements. You'll work closely with Supply Chain, Quality, Technical Services, and Contract Manufacturers to manage complex supply chains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of planning and replenishment processes and associated IT systems, including SAP S/4HANA and SAP/IBP and PPDS.
- Ensure each Contract Manufacturer can meet the MPS and drive the resolution of any constraints, including operations, laboratories, Quality Control, warehouse, and shipping.
- Build and develop relationships through multifunctional Joint Process Teams.
- Plan, order, and reconcile CM Material.
- Manage and/or represent the JPT on key supply chain projects.
- Minimize inventory write-offs and optimize inventory levels.
- Support inventory-related compliance and audit requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Technical, or business discipline.
- English fluent in speaking and writing.
- 3+ years' experience in Production Planning or Supply Planning.
- GMP environment mandatory.
- Ability to balance various interests and competing objectives.
- Planning experience using SAP S/4HANA and preferably SAP IBP and PPDS.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Further education in Quality Management, Supply Chain Management (APICs / CIPS), Materials Management, Logistics, Import/Export, Change Management, or Pharmaceutical Production, Packaging.
- Understanding of SOX (Sarbanes Oxley).
- Thorough understanding of financial and supply chain processes.
