Role Overview
Total Training Provision is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Apprenticeship Training Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality apprenticeship training and support to our learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and Facilitate Training: Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our learners and align with the apprenticeship standards.
- Assessment and Feedback: Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to learners to ensure they meet the required standards.
- Support and Guidance: Provide ongoing support and guidance to learners to help them achieve their goals and overcome any challenges they may face.
- Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with learners, employers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration throughout the apprenticeship journey.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to ensure the highest quality training and support are provided to our learners.
Requirements
- Qualifications and Experience: Hold a relevant occupational qualification or equivalent, and have experience of delivering apprenticeship training and support in a work-based environment.
- Assessment and Quality Assurance: Have a proven track record of assessing learners on apprenticeship frameworks and standards, and be familiar with EPA requirements.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- IT and Administrative Skills: Be proficient in using electronic portfolio systems and have strong administrative skills.
