Job Title: Senior Flight Systems Engineer

Location: Warton (Onsite requirement 2-3 days per week)

Salary: £47,683 - £52,426 Dependent on skills and experience/Permanent Position

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Flight Systems Engineer to join our team at Randstad Technologies. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for producing and issuing Flight Systems engineering data to meet project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain Flight Systems engineering data to meet project requirements
  • Liaise with other engineering and project areas to develop engineering solutions
  • Perform engineering tasks dependent on life cycle phase, including requirements development, system and equipment design and development, modelling and analysis, system integration, qualification and certification, and testing
  • Write specifications, reports and proposals
Requirements
  • Degree/HND or equivalent experience or qualifications in relevant STEM subject (Aerospace, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering/Physics/Maths/Science)
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the System Engineering life cycle with ability to apply good systems engineering practices to your work
  • Demonstrated experience in Mechanical, Electrical or Fluid Systems Engineering, preferably in an Aerospace application or in a similar engineering or technology focussed industry (Nuclear, Rail Automotive or Academia)
