About the Role- Lead a team of engineers and manage senior stakeholders to deliver complex engineering projects
- Interface with customers to understand their requirements and keep them involved throughout the product development process
- Work closely with other Engineering Leads to propose, develop, and deliver engineering products and solutions that meet expected standards and customer needs
- Develop and implement engineering strategies to meet business objectives
- Manage and lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet their expectations
- Degree educated in a STEM discipline or HND/HNC with sound experience of the Engineering Lifecycle
- Evidence-based experience in an engineering integration environment, preferably in the Aerospace, Automotive, Rail, or Nuclear Industries
- Experience of Model-Based Engineering approaches and supporting methods and toolsets, including Teamcenter PLM, DOORs, CAMEO, MATLAB, and ANSYS
- Evidence-based experience of management responsibilities, managing teams and senior stakeholders
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Good communication skills across all levels of an organisation
- Self-starter and pro-active, with the ability to work effectively in a team
