•⁠ ⁠Lead the development of engineering projects, ensuring they meet customer requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.
•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize engineering projects and initiatives.
•⁠ ⁠Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
•⁠ ⁠Manage and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure their success and growth.
•⁠ ⁠Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the organization.

Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠Degree educated in a STEM discipline or HND/HNC with sound experience of the Engineering Lifecycle.
•⁠ ⁠Evidence-based experience in an engineering integration environment, with a focus on Model-Based Engineering approaches and supporting methods and toolsets.
•⁠ ⁠Proven experience in managing teams and senior stakeholders, with a strong track record of delivering engineering projects on time and within budget.
•⁠ ⁠Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and other relevant tools and technologies.
•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
