Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Growth and Expansion to join our elite team. As a key member of our core team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expansion across our portfolio of early-stage companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Scalable Growth Strategies: Identify and implement effective growth channels and tactics to drive revenue growth for our portfolio companies.
  • Lead Revenue Growth Initiatives: Own and execute revenue growth best practices across customer segments, industries, and product types.
  • Hand Over Scalable Strategies: Transfer scalable growth strategies to company operators after executing the first 10 to 50 sales for the company.
  • Develop GTM Frameworks: Create and implement growth frameworks that can be applied across all Bifrost Studios.
  • Reach ICPs: Identify and engage with key customer personas during company creation processes.
  • Leverage Resources: Collaborate with freelancers, AI, and potential hires to support growth initiatives.
Requirements
  • Digital Growth Expertise: Proven experience in digital growth channels, including marketing and paid channels.
  • Start-up Experience: Extensive experience in start-ups, with a track record of scaling revenue from zero to +1 million USD.
  • Strategic Approach: A strategic mindset and ability to take a data-driven approach to revenue growth.
  • International Experience: Experience scaling revenue internationally and excellent communication skills in English.
  • Thought Leadership: Proven thought leadership and ability to communicate complex strategies and frameworks.
  • Execution-First: A focus on execution and delivering results, rather than hands-off leadership.
