Key Responsibilities:
- Measure, manage, and drive the performance of the New Business sales team to deliver revenue and growth objectives.
- Hunt for larger corporate opportunities and develop strategies to secure new business.
- Coach and inspire colleagues to perform at their best, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets.
- Develop and implement a sales plan to ensure targets are delivered, including creating a quality sales pipeline and prospecting activity.
- Implement robust sales processes and ensure salespeople can build a value proposition with prospects to win business.
- Communicate and present strategies and budget plans to senior stakeholders in our leadership team.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience in sales and business development, with a strong track record of delivering revenue growth.
- Commercial acumen and business skills, with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
