About the Role

Fleet Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of New Business Development to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the performance of our New Business sales team to deliver revenue and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Measure, manage, and drive the performance of the New Business sales team to deliver revenue and growth objectives.
  • Hunt for larger corporate opportunities and develop strategies to secure new business.
  • Coach and inspire colleagues to perform at their best, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets.
  • Develop and implement a sales plan to ensure targets are delivered, including creating a quality sales pipeline and prospecting activity.
  • Implement robust sales processes and ensure salespeople can build a value proposition with prospects to win business.
  • Communicate and present strategies and budget plans to senior stakeholders in our leadership team.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in sales and business development, with a strong track record of delivering revenue growth.
  • Commercial acumen and business skills, with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
