Mental Health Together represents a groundbreaking initiative focused on multi-agency cooperation to provide essential primary care services in the South West Kent region. Our mission is to address all aspects of life that impact the mental well-being of our service users.

We are in search of a nurse leader who excels in recognizing and leveraging the strengths of team members to ensure high-quality outcomes. You will be expected to foster continuous development within the nursing team through training, education, and supervision, ideally employing a trauma-informed approach to leadership, while also recognizing achievements and cultivating strong team morale.

Clinically, you will engage in the assessment and intervention of a select number of cases.

Clinical governance - establishing clinical standards and strategizing on how to achieve them. Monitoring compliance with these standards using data from various sources. Jointly responsible for meeting CQC standards. Collaborative engagement with partner agencies, community matrons, and senior leaders. Involving service users and their families in co-production efforts. Conducting clinical assessments and providing short-term, evidence-based interventions.
