The Position

We are looking for a Clinical Care Manager to lead our Complex Care Division. Our team delivers over 650,000 hours of care each year, and as a Clinical Care Manager, you will collaborate with a dedicated group of professionals.

In this role, you will manage a select group of clients with complex care needs, fostering strong relationships with them and their families, overseeing their care plans, and facilitating the onboarding of new staff members.

The primary objective of a Clinical Care Manager is to guarantee that clients receive outstanding service from a well-trained and motivated team of support workers and Registered Nurses.

About You

  • You must be an Adult trained Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
  • A minimum of three years of post-registration experience is required.
  • Experience in community-based care, particularly in complex scenarios such as spinal or brain injuries, PEG feeding, tracheostomy care, and ventilator management is preferred.
  • You should have the right to work in the UK and possess a clean UK driving license.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop individualized care plans and provide guidance.
  • Conduct staff supervision, audits, and manage case responsibilities.
  • Participate in the 24-hour service team, taking on nursing shifts as necessary.
