About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned fundraiser to join our Development Team as a Philanthropy Lead. This is a critical role in our 10-year strategy to significantly reduce modern slavery by 2035.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and Strengthen Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing investors, identify new major donors, and engage them in our mission.
  • Develop and Implement Fundraising Strategies: Design and execute innovative fundraising plans to achieve and exceed ambitious funding targets.
  • Communicate Effectively: Craft compelling proposals and presentations that resonate with donors' personal interests and values.
  • Represent Justice & Care: Act as an external ambassador for our organization, representing us at key events and within philanthropic circles.
Requirements
  • Proven Fundraising Track Record: A seasoned fundraiser with a proven history of securing significant donations.
  • Relationship Building: A natural relationship builder who is confident, emotionally intelligent, and able to establish trust with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Outstanding Communication: An exceptional communicator, both in person and on paper, with the ability to tell a compelling story about our work.
  • Results-Driven: Results-driven and unafraid to take the initiative, you thrive in a target-driven environment and enjoy overcoming new challenges.
  • Passion for Social Impact: Passionate about eradicating modern slavery, you are ready to roll up your sleeves and contribute to our mission.
