Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at The Talent Crossing Ltd. As a key member of our People team, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our business, managing cyclical projects, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide generalist HR support to the business, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Manage cyclical projects, such as performance management, employee engagement, and talent development.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement new HR initiatives, including policy development and employee communications.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, including the Group HR Director and other members of the People team.
  • Contribute to the development of HR strategies and initiatives that align with the business's goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in HR generalist roles, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
